Riding the Change Wave: 8 Ways to Navigate Life’s Transitions

Teach your employees practical actions they can take to be more successful at work when change strikes.

Employees all have a choice about how they respond to change, and unfortunately many make poor choices.

As a manager, you can only do so much. That’s why I created a workshop for your employees called, Riding the Change Wave: 8 Ways to Navigate Life’s Transitions.

In this workshop employees learn what they can do to stay healthy and productive when faced with workplace change. These action include:

  1. Examine Your Feelings and Thoughts
  2. See How It Plays Out
  3. Talk with Supporters
  4. Count Your Blessings
  5. Own Your Choices
  6. Influence the Process
  7. Look for the Opportunities
  8. Make and Implement Your Plan

For each action, employees will have the opportunity to apply it to a specific change they currently need to navigate. The workshop is engaging and interactive. It runs between 1.5 and 2.0 hours, depending on your preferences.
