FAQs
Do you help with small projects too?
Absolutely. Over the past 28 years we’ve delivered thousands of small engagements. We’ll discuss your needs, propose an approach, and deliver as promised. Examples of these projects include: Delivering a workshop, coaching a leader, facilitating an executive off-site, or presenting at a conference.
Do you deliver your services onsite or remotely?
Both. For long projects in which we are playing an advisory role, we mostly work remotely, coming onsite only when it makes sense. For event-based services such as workshops and retreats, we come to you. Bottom line, we’ll do what will create the best results.
How do you charge for your services?
Most services are delivered for a fixed fee, especially when expectations can be clearly defined. For longer projects in which the work is less defined, we offer quarterly retainers so that fees can periodically be adjusted to fit the near-term needs.
Who from your team will be assigned to our project?
Our goal is to meet your schedule and provide someone who you trust. Tom takes on most of the work, but when he can’t or isn’t a fit for your project, he has a vast network developed over 30 years that he can tap to find the right person.
How far out are you booked?
This is one of those, “It depends” answers. The project’s size, duration, and date flexibility are the key variables. For short-events, we can accommodate requests within a month. Large projects usually require more lead time. Your best approach is to contact us. We’ve had instances of taking on an “emergency meeting” three days out. You just never know.
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work as a contractor?
We build our capabilities and competencies through partnership with other independent consultants. The first step is for you to reach out, and we can discuss how we might work together.
