Let’s imagine you are stuck in a good-paying job that you don’t like. On the other side of the fence is a job that looks much more interesting.
The problem is that you don’t have direct experience in that other field and getting in means stepping down a couple pay grades so that you can build some experience and credibility in something new. Should you do it?
