Over the years I’ve been invited to deliver many sessions that I didn’t think would work. When I discussed my concerns with the client, they usually preferred to stick with the plan. Because they were going to do the training anyway, I figured I may as well be the one to do the work with the hope of making the most of an unfortunate situation.
Need a taste of the common problems? I see this one all the time. A couple employees are behaving badly, and instead of dealing with them directly, the leader decides everyone needs training.
