Description
In any organization employees with honorable intentions occasionally rub each other the wrong way. Differences related to goals, styles, wants and needs create conflict and other challenges that should be handled with proven conflict management techniques.
Sometimes there are employees whose intentions aren’t so good. Through their actions they intimidate, harass, and bully coworkers. They may bully a single individual or treat many people poorly. Often the techniques used to address everyday personality clashes don’t work in these instances. Bullying behaviors create big problems for the targeted coworkers as well as the organization.
