I remember once after what I thought was a particularly successful client meeting, a sales manager, who I thought was a jerk, said to me, “Mind if I give you some feedback?”
Pretty sure that he didn’t need to ask the question because I was going to get it anyway. I remember being underwhelmed by his insight and had no problem ignoring it.
